Spectrum Reinforcing Channel
The Spectrum Reinforcing Channel is used in applications where the handrail needs additional structural reinforcement. It fits over the top mounting plate assembly at the top of each post and is attached to the underside of the handrail using wood screws. The reinforcing channel comes in a standard length of 48” and can be cut to size. It is made from stainless steel and powder coated to match the color of your Spectrum posts. When using the reinforcing channel with 36” Spectrum Surface Mount Posts, a spacing block is required. Spacing block sold separately with fasteners.
