SunRailTM OEM Program - Designed Specifically for Fabricators
This is a very specialized program designed for fabricators who wish to use the SunRailTM Nautilus components in their own designs. The program features full post design sets manufactured to the fabricators specifications, but we leave all design responsibilities with the fabricator. Post are made from the fabricator's CAD created drawings and rails are shipped in over sized length to be cut to size by the fabricator.
Post available through the SunRailTM OEM program are limited to the SunRailTM Nautilus design but other components may be available on request.
Why would Atlantis Rail want to OEM this rail system? Sizing, modifying and installing a SunRailTM system requires a skill set that is vastly available in the fabricator community and most fabricators do not have a turnkey system requirement. If a fabricator can provide us with an appropriate CAD drawing and has the equipment to properly cut and modify stainless steel rails, we can be more efficient in our manufacturing and provide better delivery at a lower price. As cable railing becomes more prominent, we receive a greater number of inquiries and orders from fabricators who voice a desire to design and modify the SunRailTM Nautilus system.
Requirements:
- Participant must be a qualified fabricator with a shop equipped to do the required cutting and modifications.
-Participant must have a qualified CAD engineer and be able to provide machine ready drawings to Atlantis Rail.
- Participant must accept responsibility for all components requested and specified in their CAD drawing.
Warranty on all OEM products is one (1) year and coveres replacement parts only. All product used in a marine environnment (salt water) should be Electro-Polished by the OEM/Fabricator before installation. Posts may be specified for Electro-Polishing before delivery to the OEM/Fabricator at additional charge. Atlantis Rail does not include labor compensation in any warranty.
